PokeSurvivor Playing Help
Start with the symptom below. If something works on the creator’s site but not inside this page, playing in its own tab is the most direct fallback.
Quick answer
What should I do when the game stays blank?
Open the creator-hosted game in a new tab to compare the service with the embed, then check JavaScript, blockers and your connection. The frame's document signal cannot confirm that the game is playable.
The game is blank or keeps loading
- Open the original game in a new tab ↗. This shows whether the problem is limited to the embed.
- Check your connection and allow JavaScript for the game’s site. Content blockers can prevent scripts or game requests from loading.
- If you have no active run to preserve, reload once. Try a current browser if the problem continues.
If the original site also fails, its game service may be unavailable. This guide site cannot restart it. The page’s loading message only describes the browser frame; it cannot confirm that the game is ready inside.
The keyboard moves the page instead
Click or tap inside the game, then use WASD or the arrow keys. If you were typing into an account field, leave the field before trying movement.
Use 1–4 for move slots and Q/E to cycle during a run. In a level-up or item panel, number keys select the visible choices instead. P or Esc pauses during play. On touch, use the game’s joystick and tap the move icons.
For the rules behind switching, see the active-slot explanation.
The game feels cramped on my phone
Try landscape orientation and use the game’s own fullscreen option if it provides one. Fullscreen enlarges the game area; it does not lock your screen orientation.
Some mobile browsers do not support page fullscreen. You can still rotate the device or open the original site. The game has control-layout settings, including a fixed joystick option. Physical-device layouts can differ from a desktop browser’s phone preview.
I cannot hear music or effects
Click or tap the game first, then check its sound settings. Also check the browser tab’s mute state, your device volume and audio output. Browsers can require an interaction before allowing game audio.
If sound still fails inside the embed, compare with the original site in a separate tab.
Accounts, guest mode and progress
Guest play may not save your progress. Use the game’s account options when you want progress to stay available between visits.
Sign-in, account recovery and cloud sync happen on the game website. This guide site does not receive your password or keep a second copy of your collection.
- If sign-in fails in the embed, open the game website directly and try there.
- Check that you are using the same account and look for the game’s sync status before changing devices.
- Avoid clearing site data or deleting an account as an initial fix. These actions can remove data or make recovery harder.
Recovery and cross-device behavior can differ by browser. Follow the current recovery choices and notices shown by the game.
Playing with friends
Cooperative rooms are part of the original game. Use its friends and room controls; accounts and room state are managed by the creator’s service.
If a room cannot be joined, confirm that everyone can open the original site and is running the current game version. Compare the behavior there before troubleshooting the embed. A tested room-creation, joining and reconnect walkthrough is still to come.
A guide does not match what I see
The game can update independently of this site. Menu labels, recipes and account behavior may change after an update.
