This site is independently developed and maintained. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the original PokéSurvivor project (JPTER78/pokesurvivor), Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company. It is not an official release or port of those projects.
Pokémon names, characters and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. The project relationship statement does not grant permission to use third-party material.
SpritesSpriteCollab attribution
This build uses a curated set of character animation sheets from SpriteCollab. Exact source links, hashes and original credit records are listed in CREDITS.md. SpriteCollab distinguishes community submissions, covered by its non-commercial attribution policy, from official-source art. A CHUNSOFT attribution does not establish authorization from Pokémon or Chunsoft rights holders. This site does not claim that every sheet is fully licensed under CC BY-NC or officially authorized.
Site implementationCode and third-party artwork
The site interface, game runtime, balancing, synthesized sound effects and procedural landscape are independently implemented for this site. The game does not include the original PokéSurvivor project's runtime modules or connect to its services. Third-party character sprites remain subject to their own rights and applicable license conditions; they are not owned by this site.
